Due to the limited nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or unwanted items.

For hygiene and sanitary reasons, all swimwear and undergarments are strictly final sale and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. This applies even if the item has not been worn or the original tags and packaging remain intact.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so our team can assist you.

Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or resolution.
